William T. Nagle’s practice emphasizes construction, real estate, products liability and insurance litigation. Mr. Nagle also handles employment matters on behalf of various clients. He has tried five different cases in state court and has prevailed on summary judgment several times in federal court. Mr. Nagle’s primary expertise involves defense of general contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of construction disputes, representation of brokers and individuals in real estate transaction disputes, and defense of manufacturers in product liability claims. He has also handled insurance coverage disputes and employment claims on behalf of corporate clients.
Personal Information
Mr. Nagle was born in San Francisco and currently resides in the East Bay with his wife and three children. He attended U.C. Berkeley as an undergraduate where he played on the water polo team. Thereafter, he obtained an MBA in finance from USC and a law degree from the University of San Diego. Mr. Nagle is actively involved in the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Nagle has published articles in the Secured Lender and Claims People. He has given presentations on real estate law issues through a professional real estate seminar company. Mr. Nagle contributes articles to the Firm’s construction newsletter.
