Cathleen S. Huang graduated from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in corporate finance and marketing. Thereafter, she graduated magna cum laude from the Washington College of Law at the American University with an emphasis in international business law.
After graduating from law school, Cathleen worked as General Counsel at Dynadirect.com, Inc.  She established the company’s corporate infrastructure and worked closely with management to develop business relationships by negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors and marketing partners. Thereafter, Ms. Huang joined Valerian, Patterson, Stratman & Love to gain litigation experience. 
Ms. Huang joined Bowles & Verna in 2005.  Her practice primarily consists of international business litigation and transactions and products liability issues (a subject upon which she has given several seminar and symposium presentations).  She also handles matters involving unfair competition and business torts, intellectual property, and appellate and post-trial litigation.
