Brian D. Horwitz

Mr. Horwitz is an experienced litigator and strong client advocate whose work involves representation of local, national, and international companies as well as public entities. Brian Horwitz’s practice emphasizes contracts, collection, construction, and real estate litigation. He has successfully litigated numerous matters involving contract disputes, construction disputes, debt collection, fraud claims, construction defect, and toxic torts.
Mr. Horwitz received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law in 2002. Thereafter, he worked with McNamara, Dodge, Ney, Beatty, Slattery, Pfalzer, Borges & Brothers, LLP in Walnut Creek, CA. He joined Bowles & Verna as an associate in 2007.
